About Us

St. Paul’s Pre-School is designed for children 3, 4 and 5 years old. Our school year runs from September through May. We follow the Millcreek School District for scheduled days off and snow days, unless notified otherwise. We provide many class choices for your convenience with two teachers per class.

Our Mission

Our primary mission at St. Paul’s Pre-School is to provide the children with a positive self-esteem and the basic skills for successful social interaction with their peers and adults. The school’s program emphasizes social skills and the introduction of the classroom structure. When the child enters the classroom each school day, he/she is given the freedom to explore the various learning activities and interest centers. There is always something new, but always enough remains the same to provide the securities and comfort of familiarity. Teachers are always available to lend support to a child when needed.

Activities

St. Paul’s Pre-school program includes the learning of colors, numbers, letters, rhyming, opposites, Science experiments and many hands on activities. We work on cutting skills, writing their name, learning address and phone number, and playing group games in our full size gym. We work on general preparation for kindergarten readiness. We have assessments sent home four times during the school year. We offer parent conference any time requested. The Pre-school will provide each child with a book bag to be used every school day.

Tuition

Tuition is due the 1st of every month. A late fee will be charged if payment arrangements have not been made by the 10th of the month. Checks should be made payable to St. Paul’s Pre-school. Tuition should be placed in an envelope with your child’s name. Checks returned for NSF will be charged the bank fee.

If you would like to enroll your child, please complete a registration form and return it to the school with the non-refundable registration fee.
